What is useful to have to hand
None of this is required to speak to us, but the more of it you have, the more specific our answer can be on the first call.
- What you are trying to do, and by when.
- The property: address if you have one, its type and its condition.
- How the borrowing will be repaid, if it is short term finance.
- Anything awkward — a decline elsewhere, a credit issue, unusual income, a lease or construction problem.
An initial conversation involves no credit check and leaves no footprint on your file. We will tell you what our fee would be, and confirm it in writing, before you commit to anything.
